Are Chick-fil-A Gift Cards refundable?

Chick-fil-A Gift Cards and Chick-fil-A eGift Cards are non-refundable; all sales of gift cards are final. 

If you would like to exchange a U.S. Chick-fil-A Gift Card for a Canadian Chick-fil-A Gift Card, please complete and submit a “Chick-fil-A Gift Card Replacement Form” which can be found here. Completed forms can be mailed or emailed to the addresses listed at the top of the form. Allow up to six weeks for the form to be processed by CFA Servco, Inc.
