To be eligible for a scholarship, applicants must be employed by a Chick-fil-A franchise Owner-Operator, a Chick-fil-A, Inc.-operated restaurant, or an S. Truett Cathy (STC) brand restaurant.

For those who do not work for a Chick-fil-A restaurant or Chick-fil-A, Inc., the Chick-fil-A Community Scholars program helps pay for the education of leaders in our communities who want to continue learning, while also investing in their leadership development.
