Recipe: Layered Ice Cream Celebration Cake

Ingredients
- 3 Chick-fil-A® Chocolate Chunk Cookies, roughly chopped
- 3 cups chocolate sandwich cookies, crumbled (approximately 33 cookies)
- 8 tbsp butter, melted and cooled
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup dulce de leche or caramel sauce
- 2 cups chocolate ice cream, softened
Steps
- Spray a 9” springform pan with non-stick cooking spray and place a circle of parchment paper in the bottom. Place pan on a plastic or metal tray that will fit in your freezer.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter and cookie crumbs.
- Press 1 ½ cups of cookie mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In medium bowl, combine vanilla ice cream and chocolate chips. Spread evenly over the crust. Place in freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Drizzle dulce de leche over vanilla layer, and then sprinkle remaining crumbs. Freeze 30 minutes.
- Spread chocolate ice cream layer and then distribute the chopped cookies on top. Return to freezer for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
