Who founded Chick-fil-A?

S. Truett Cathy was the founder and chairman of Chick-fil-A, Inc. He opened his tiny Atlanta diner in 1946 and the first Chick-fil-A Restaurant in Atlanta in 1967 and, while he was famous for creating the original Chick-fil-A^® Chicken Sandwich, Truett was also known for his servant leadership, dedication to great customer service and great generosity.
