Yes, Chick-fil-A, Inc. awards scholarships to eligible Chick-fil-A^® Restaurant Team Members and to other service-minded leaders throughout the communities we serve.

Through the Remarkable Futures™ Scholarship initiative, Chick-fil-A has invested more than $191 million in scholarships since 1973 to help over 105,000 Team Members pursue a college education and achieve their remarkable future—whether it’s with Chick-fil-A or elsewhere. Chick-fil-A awards two types of Remarkable Futures scholarships: True Inspiration™ Scholarships ($25,000) and Leadership Scholarships ($1,000 or $2,500). Through the Chick-fil-A™ Community Scholars program, Chick-fil-A, Inc. helps pay for the education of leaders in our communities who want to continue learning. Every year, at least twelve (12) $25,000 scholarships are awarded to students based on academic success, community service and financial need. Selected Chick-fil-A Community Scholars award recipients are invited to participate in the Chick-fil-A Scholars Program, an optional one-year engagement that includes mentoring and leadership development.
